Go Paperless and Support Local Public Libraries

Paperless Campaign 2026

NT Power is encouraging customers to switch to paperless billing by December 11 and help support public libraries in Newmarket, Midland and Tay Township.

Through its fall paperless billing campaign, NT Power is partnering with the Newmarket Public Library, Midland Public Library and Tay Township Public Library to support programs and resources that benefit local residents. For every customer who signs up for paperless billing between now and December 11, NT Power will donate $5 to support local public libraries.

Funds from the campaign will help support library programs and resources such as:

  • New reading materials for all ages
  • Book clubs and reading challenges for youth
  • Reading Buddy and after-school programs
  • Chess, coding and art programs and hobby groups

“Going paperless is a simple way for our customers to make managing their account more convenient while also supporting their community,” said Courtney Courtnage, Interim VP of Customer Experience at NT Power. “Every new signup will help support the valuable programs and resources our local libraries provide to residents of all ages across Newmarket, Midland and Tay.”

Paperless billing and the NT Power MyAccount portal give customers convenient online access to their bills, email notifications when a new bill is ready, access to historical billing, and less paper to manage, while this campaign also provides an opportunity to support local libraries.
