Customer Priorities Survey

NT Power Wants to Hear from Customers: Survey to Help Inform Future Planning

Newmarket, ON – NT Power is inviting customers to share their feedback through its Customer Priorities Survey, commencing on November 4, 2026, to better understand the priorities, values and expectations of the communities it serves.

The survey marks the first phase of NT Power's customer engagement initiative to help inform future planning and decision-making. Customer feedback will provide valuable insights into the services, investments and priorities that matter the most to customers as NT Power looks ahead.

“Understanding what our customers value and prioritize has always been extremely important to us at NT Power, especially as we plan for the future," said Courtney Courtnage, Interim VP of Customer Experience. "We encourage customers to participate and tell us what they value the most. Their feedback will help to guide our planning and ensure we continue to deliver services that best reflect the needs and expectations of the communities we serve."

As part of the engagement process, Oraclepoll Research will be conducting telephone surveys on behalf of NT Power beginning Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Customers may receive a phone call inviting them to participate. Those who prefer not to participate by phone or who would like to opt in to share their feedback may complete the survey online at the NT Power Customer Priorities Survey.

Neither NT Power nor Oraclepoll will ask customers for payment information, account details, or other sensitive personal information as part of this survey.

NT Power values customer input and encourages all customers to take this opportunity to share their perspectives and help shape the company’s future priorities.
